Sexual jealousy is thought to be behind a murder in Solothurn earlier this month.

A 56-year-old woman stabbed her 57-year-old partner to death in their home in Derendingen.

Neighbors say they believe the man had started a relationship with a woman at work.

It was known the couple had briefly broken up before getting back together.

The woman is in custody and police say investigations are still underway.
