Bern commuter train evacuated
Passengers on a commuter train in Bern had a shock yesterday morning when loud bangs and sparks triggered an evacuation.
One passenger says he was worried something was going to catch fire.
The rear carriages filled with smoke.
A spokeswoman for the local train company says the problem was with an overhead power cable.
The passengers had to walk 200 meters down the track to the next station. No one was hurt.
