Small quake rattles home in Switzerland
The earth moved for many in the German speaking regions last night as a small earthquake struck in Austria near the Swiss border.
The Swiss Seismological Service says the epicenter was 50km north-east of Davos and registered 4.2 on the Richter scale.
Tremors were felt in Zurich, Basel and Sankt Gallen. It caused furniture to wobble and seismologists say there is a chance of minor property damage.
The quake struck at just after eight last night.
