Geneva bus driver dies after stroke
The Geneva bus driver who suffered a stroke at the wheel in November has died in hospital.
The driver crashed near Rive after collapsing. The accident caused major traffic jams. There were no injuries.
He had been declared fit to drive a few weeks earlier by a medical board. He was only a few weeks away from retiring.
The public transport company, the TPG, has expressed its sympathy to the man’s family and friends.
