A woman who works at a private bank in Zurich is being forced to apologise to applicants for a janitor’s job.

She posted the application letters on her personal Instagram account, mocking the poor German and spelling mistakes.

The woman says her actions were not meant to be malicious and she has deleted the pictures.

But her bosses say they will not tolerate her actions and she has to say sorry to all the applicants. But she will keep her job.
