Pensioner faces charges after pepper spraying teen
A pensioner who took offence at a teenager putting his feet up on a seat on a Neuchatel bus now faces criminal charges and may have to pay for the cost of cancelling the bus.
The 84 year old was incensed to see a 17 year old rest his feet on an opposite seat and squirted pepper spray at the teen.
The bus had to be stopped and the teen needed medical treatment.
The police say although putting your feet on a seat is rude, it’s not an offence. But unjustified use of pepper spray is.
