Geneva University students told to stop sharing 'illegal and immoral' video
The University of Geneva is ordering its students to stop sharing a video of a suicide victim, warning there could be criminal charges brought against anyone sending the footage on.
Last Friday morning a 40 year old man jumped from the Uni Mail building near Plainpalais, killing himself.
A video showing the body is now being shared on What’s App.
University management say the sharing of the video is immoral and illegal.
Geneva police are monitoring social media for the video.
