FA18 crash pilot found at fault
The Swiss pilot who was flying the FA18 fighter jet when it crashed in France in October 2015 will face charges of negligence.
An investigation has concluded the crash was down to human error.
The plane went down near the French city of Besancon. The pilot was slightly injured after he ejected.
The report concludes the pilot, who had 3,000 hours of experience, failed to carry out proper and recognized procedures when one of the engines stalled.
