Bern police to take no action over 'kill Erdogan' banner
Bern police have decided to take no action against anti-Erdogan protestors who carried a banner suggesting the Turkish president shout be killed.
In late March a rally in the capital called on Turkish voters not to hand the authoritarian president more powers in a referendum.
One poster had a picture of Erdogan with a pistol pointed at his head.
Police started an investigation if the banner broke incitement to violence laws – but have concluded prosecuting the protestors would be disproportionate.
