National bank urged to ditch fossil fuel investments
The Swiss National Bank is being urged to stop all investment in fossil fuel companies.

A group of 135 scientists, politicians and religious leaders say the bank should publish a carbon footprint map of its investments and stop supporting companies involved in oil and gas exploration and extraction.
Most of the companies concerned are listed on US markets.
It’s thought fossil fuel companies make up 10% of the bank’s investment portfolio.
The bank told the press there’s no immediate reaction to the call.
