Turkish embassies and consulates in Zurich, Bern and Geneva had queues forming outside as nationals made their choice on whether to give the president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan more powers.

It’s thought voters in Switzerland are more likely to vote against the proposal as they’re Kurds opposed to Erdogan’s rule.

5% of Turkish voters live outside the country – in a close run vote it could sway the decision.

Turkey will hold the main vote on Sunday.
