2017 Car Show hailed a success
The Geneva International Car show has close its doors – and organisers say it was a success.
The president of the show, Maurice Terrettini says the drive to bring more people to the show during the week paid off – there were more people visiting the show on working days than last year, and slightly fewer at the weekends. He added the policy of reducing entry prices after 4pm is also becoming more popular.
When added together – the amount of visitors this year at 690,000 was the same as the previous year.
The show unveiled 175 new models and 900 cars were on display.
Next year’s show kicks off on March 8th.
