Stranded Swiss Airlines plane back in Zurich
The Swiss international airlines plane that had to make an emergency landing in a small northern Canadian town is now back in Zurich.
The plane was forced to make the landing last week after one engine failed on-route to Los Angeles from Zurich.
Engineers have been working for the past several days to change the unit. A new engine had to be flown in by transport aircraft.
A tent had to be set up around the plane for the workers as temperatures never rose above minus 30 degrees.
The incident is likely to cost the airline more than a million francs. Not counting the cost of the new engine.
