Zurich police release images of body to identify dead man

Zurich police have released a series of pictures of an unknown dead man.

The body was found by a railway worker under the Hardbrücke at the beginning of the month. Efforts to identify the body have failed.

Police believe the man fell 12 meters from the bridge, dying on impact. The body has a series of distinct tattoos and is 175 cm tall with dark hair and a dark complexion.

The man is believed to have fallen from the bridge from Wednesday last week between 10pm and 3.30am Thursday morning.  

If anyone has any information – they’re asked to contact Zurich City Police.
