Users report technical problems on the first day of SBB's new app
The launch of SBB's new mobile app hasn't gone according to plan with technical problems being reported by users who took their disappointment out on Twitter, reports Blick.

The app was downloaded over three million times, and SBB have confirmed that the repeated errors messages could have been related to a saturated network.
An SBB spokesman said "We have informed our customers problems and are working to solve them."
