One killed and several injured after coach crash
One person was killed and 11 people seriously injured after four cars, a truck and a coach collided in a tunnel near Schaffhausen.
Around 30 people were travelling in the vehicles in the Faesenstaub tunnel on Saturday morning, which police say rolled on top of each other and ‘wedged together.'
Cindy Beer, spokeswoman for the Schaffhausen police, said the rescue operation took several hours, and the tunnel was closed in both directions.
Investigators have yet to reveal the cause of the crash. It is understood the coach involved had come from Poland.
