UK minister criticized for empty Geneva speech
The British minister for international trade Liam Fox is being criticised for saying nothing of note at a speech in Geneva to the World Trade Organization.
The speech was billed beforehand as a message the UK, once outside the EU, would be a champion of global free trade.
But observers noted Fox said nothing concrete and only highlighted the confusion within the UK government about what Brexit actually means.
Fox has already angered many UK business leaders by saying they're ‘too fat and lazy' to export.
