Asylum centre cleared of wrong doing
A private security firm and government migration authorities, accused of the physical abuse of asylum seekers, has been cleared of wrongdoing.
The asylum centre at Kreuzlingen, was the centre of a journalistic exposé in the SonntagsZeitung newspaper in January.
The newspaper claimed that terrorists, smugglers and drug dealers were able to gain undetected access to the centre and security personnel physically abused asylum seekers.
Former Federal Court member, Michel Féraud, who looked into the allegations, says he's found no concrete evidence of wrongdoing.
