SBB removes video after protesters complain it's sexist

SBB has taken a video off air after protesters complained it was sexist.

20 Minutes reports that the video was posted on the internet in June to promote buying movie tickets with the SwissPass.

According to screenshots, a man is jealous and aggressive and demands that a woman proves she'd gone to the cinema.

When he opens her wallet, there isn't a movie ticket inside but a red SBB card.

Protesters, including the Federal Bureau of equality say the scene resembles domestic violence.

Even after the film was taken down, it was vilified on Twitter for "sexist advertising"

SBB has apologised for offending anyone.
