8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program The MBSR program was developed by Jon Kabat Zinn more than 40 years ago and initially addressed to people suffering from negative stress and chronic pain. Research shows that the MBSR program is beneficial in times of change and transition, when fears and anxiety can impact our mental and physical health; in the treatment of stress related disease and when we are facing challenging situations. The MBSR course also improve general well-being. The course combines guided meditations, gentle yoga, home practices to introduce mindfulness into your daily life. The course includes: - 1 orientation session - 8 weekly sessions, each session lasts 2/2 and a half hours - an all day retreat. Early bird fee available until the end of August.
