Post-Prénatale Pilates& Yoga
The post-natal course allows you to work on your pelvic floor and to become aware of your body. Denise will help you strengthen, soften and work the muscles used during pregnancy. Pilates helps to: - Reduce your back pain and strengthen your perineum - Maintain physical activity - Strengthen your arms and posture
Pilates & Cross fit
This class is a mix of Pilates and cross fit exercises. This class is dynamic with several fast or slow muscle building exercises with varying intensity throughout the class. Jean-Paul will allow you to improve your cardiovascular system, your muscle resistance and gain energy while working your breathing with Pilates exercises. This course is open to all and does not require any particular level. Outdoor lessons in good weather.
Basic movement of yoga movements with abreathing to reallease you muscles in the effort, tone up , stretch and endimg by a nice and deep relaxation . Open to all and learn how to releas your soul and body in same time.
Mixture of several disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, stretching, where Billy-Hélène will take you in these slow and gentle exercises to strengthen, soften and relax your body as well as your mind. You can start this activity at any age. No prerequisites are required.
