This is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course, lasting eight weeks. You learn how to be aware of the experience of the present moment--what you're feeling in your body, what thoughts you are having, and what emotions inhabit you right now. Meditation and gentle yoga are on the menu. A good technique to have when under stress, struggling to deal with a difficult situation, or simply with the life changes imposed on you by moving house, growing older, having new health problems, or caring for your family.
