Yoga & Mindfulness at Indiv Yoga's October retreat

Indiv Yoga is a blend of Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative yoga with the belief that the benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness, can be applied to everyone. Indiv Yoga classes are structured and tailored to the individual’s strengths, weaknesses and objectives. Its primary focus is diminishing the anxieties of modern day life in adults and children, by achieving physical and mental balance, to attain inner calm and strength.

Founder Charlie Stewart-Brown has trained in yoga for all ages and abilities - including babies, those with special needs, the elderly, pre/post natal, and predominately in anxiety disorders in adults and children. She primarily focuses now on training yoga teachers from around the world.

In October 2020 Charlie will offer a weekend Yoga & Mindfulness retreat in Valais at a bio-hotel for people of all levels of experience.

She explains some of the different types of yoga out there, what we can expect from the retreat, and gives Katt a little guidance for doing a handstand on a paddleboard...
