What's on at the UN? Syria Focus & Geneva Peace Week

This week Daniel focuses on Syria. The Constitutional Committee meets again today. They are a 45-strong drafting body; three groups of 15 people from the Government, Opposition and Civil Society delegations.

This news was announced late on Friday night in a stakeout with UN Special Envoy Geir Pedersen and the two Co-Chairs. 


It's also Geneva Peace Week this week (4-9 November 2019). Talks are open to the public at the Palais and Maison de la Paix and the exhibition on 100 Years of Multilateralism exhibition continues at the UN Geneva library.
