Jos van Megelchen (Léman Events, Lausanne)
Co-Founding Director of Léman Events Sàrl, producing events, seminars and exhibitions since 2006 with the aim of "Connecting People and Businesses". Jos van Megchelen (and co-founder Melania Quinn) have backgrounds in international business, event management and the tourist / travel industry. Based on their own experiences in adaptation and to provide a base for a social networking environment, for both international employees and their families with short- and long-term integration.
Diana Ritchie (Swiss Career Connections, Lausanne)
Diana Ritchie, is the owner and founder of SCC Sàrl. Prior to establishing SCC Sàrl in 2007 Diana worked for 14 years in Banking, Finance and Law. She worked in Canada, the United Kingdom for J. P. Morgan and Switzerland for the World Economic Forum and an NGO. She has experience in business development, career coaching, and holds a BA in Economics from McGill University, Canada and an LLB in Law from the University of London, England. Diana is certified in the Frameworks Coaching Process, a certified Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) coach within the Classic code and the New Code, a certified Sophrologist, and she is accredited to deliver the Insights Discovery and the Highlands Talent Ability Battery self assessment tools.
Kevin McGeeney (Starsupply Commodity Brokers, Nyon)
Kevin McGeeney was a founder of the SCB Group in 2006 and is its CEO. With offices in Switzerland, the US, UK, and Argentina, SCB is the world's largest renewable energy brokerage firm. Kevin is a well-known commentator on environmental market issues and regularly speaks at international conferences, on CNBC television, and in print media such as the Wall Street Journal. Prior to the establishment of SCB Group, Kevin spent 15 years as an investment banker in London, New York, and Tokyo. Heholds Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Economic Science degrees from University College, Dublin.
Johann Frain (La Boîte o Services, Aubonne)
Today I manage the two companies I have launched since 2010 dedicated to services to people and companies. I have gained previous experience in managing European sales & marketing teams in both the Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical environments. My ambition is to expand my current venture (La Boîte O Services) to cover the whole of Switzerland and to also launch a franchise business model for the services we provide. Specialties:advertising, brand management, budgeting, business management, customer relations, customer satisfaction, customer service, direct marketing, marketing communications, trade shows, training materials.

James Cullinan (Swiss Vapour, Lausanne)
James Cullinan, our Chief Executive is a specialist in Innovation and Business Model Generation. James launched his first branded product in 1993, and has been responsible for many complex turnkey projects in the food, wine & lifestyle sectors. James has over 10 years’ experience in helping those who want to switch. This includes delivering a smoking cessation project for GlaxoSmithKline to complement their NiQuitin CQ brand. He leverages his background in change management as an Executive Consultant in the Business Transformation Unit of KPMG Consulting in London where he managed projects for high profile clients such as Credit Suisse, NatWest and Airbus. He has an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD where he was awarded the Sasakawa Young Leader Foundation Scholarship.
