Summer outdoor bootcamp
L’Atelier is bang on trend! You'll get out and about for runs in small groups and use the city's “workout equipment” (like steps and benches) for exercise. Dive into 45 minute sessions in groups of 12-15 with two trainers. The bootcamp is based on the HIIT concept (High Intensity Intensive Training) with body and mind training methods from the US army. In civilian terms, that means a combination of cardio, muscle endurance, and teamwork. Three weekly sessions are available from L’Atelier in addition to group classes.
