All phone lines in Switzerland will need to migrate from current analogue/ISDN to the new digital Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology by the 4th Quarter of 2017.

Unless you migrate your lines, you will no longer have a phone system in your residence. PhoneWorld is an authorized network provider and as one of Switzerland’s leading quality networks provides a choice of 2 options for residences:

 

OPTION 1: Call & Surf

  • - CHF 25.53/month (billing of CHF 49.-- less CHF 23.47 Swisscom saving)
  •  
  • - Bandwidth: 10,000/2,000 (cannot be increased)
  •  
  • - Voice/Data modem: Free of charge
  •  
  • - Free calls within the PhoneWorld network
  •

OPTION 2: PhoneWorld VoIP

  • - CHF 38.53/month (billing CHF 62.-- less CHF 23.47 Swisscom saving)
  •  
  • - Bandwidth: 20,000/2,000 (can be increased upon request at a cost)
  •  
  • - Voice/Data modem: CHF 138.-- (one-time, configured, tested)
  •  
  • - Free calls within the PhoneWorld network (landline/mobile)
  •  
  • - Worldwide calling via the IPcall app (eliminates all roaming)
  •  
  • - Free 180 channel TV program with Zattoo
  •

Network Transfer

PhoneWorld will arrange all required administrative work with your current network - irrespective of your provider. Your phone numbers will NOT change.
