Catherine Cruchon from Domaine Henri Cruchon explains the Caves Ouvertes event in Vaud, which takes place this year on the 8-9 June.

Over 300 vineyards will be opening their wine cellars to the public throughout Lavaux, Chablais, La Côte, Vully, Bonvillars and Les Côtes de l'Orbe.

All participating vineyards, maps, transport information & tickets are available at myvaud.ch

'Passports' for the event are available in advance on the myvaud.ch website (20% discount) or at any participating vineyard on the day (full price CHF 30-). This gives the holder access to taste all wines at over 300 participating vineyards throughout the Canton of Vaud over the 2 days and access to all public transport between the venues.
