Many world leaders practicing 'Twiplomacy'

How do world leaders use Twitter in politics, and more importantly, who has the most followers? A new study from the Swiss communications company Burson-Marsteller examines “Twiplomacy.” Mattias Luftkens, from Burson-Marsteller, speaks to WRS’s Alex Helmick about how world leaders are now using Twitter:
