Public transport eyes e-card for all Swiss travel
If you’re someone who likes to talk to a human being to buy a train or bus ticket rather than downloading something virtual onto your phone then get ready for a bumpy ride. The Association of Public Transport is diving head first into the future, as it plans to make just one card for the whole country to replace all pre-paid tickets including general ones, half-price cards and season tickets:
