Attac challenges Nestlé in court over alleged spying
It’s come to be known as Nestlégate, and the case is back in court right now in Lausanne. The activist group Attac accuses Nestlé of having hired the security firm Securitas to spy on it between 2003 and 2008. An initial criminal case on the affair was dismissed on technical grounds back in 2009. In this civil case, the judge has to decide whether the spying was breach of privacy or not.
