World Business: China's inhibited growth
China’s growth figures are the lowest they have been since 1992 at 6.1 percent for the quarter. Henk Potts talks about decreasing Chinese exports, and innovative ways of stimulating the floundering airline industry, including charging a fee to smoke in the toilets.
