The Connectors: Tips on learning the local lingo

The Connectors talk about learning the language of the locals and get an update on recent expat Michael’s progress on mastering French. The team give out tips and shortcuts to learning based on their own experiences:

Michael thinks that learning a language goes through different stages from the “Point and Pay” stage, to the “Marty McFly” stage when you don’t know the difference between past, present and future. While Muriel talks about what it was like for her when she began learning English in the U.S..
