International Relations: A rough Romanian revolution

The break-up of Communism’s Eastern Bloc came late to Romania with bloody consequences. Dr. Ruxandra Stoicescu explains how that affected the country and its people at the time—and as they’ve adapted to post-Communist life over the past 20 years.
