Gluten is a protein found in foods like wheat, barley and rye. Dr. Michelle Wright talks about the symptoms and treatment for gluten intolerance and sensitivity. She says it tends to run in families and that one in 100 people seem to be affected. A worrying trend is that it is increasingly being diagnosed in people as they get older:
