She has three teenage kids and leads a hectic lifestyle, ferrying the kids all over the place and preparing meals. I really liked the podcast about the Gym Guy, good advises and he gets to the point. What about younger clients in their early 30´, is there any difference with the type of work out from a 42 years old we should make? It would be great to hear about it as well. Thank you. Bori
