Food Scout: Touring the sweet side of Zurich
Amy Eber takes a unique culinary journey through Zurich, where she tucks into chocolates and confections of all sorts. The trip is directed by Sweet Zurich tours, run by food blogger Kerrin Rousset, rated the number one tour of Zurich by the popular travel website, TripAdvisor. Rousset offers groups of up to six people a guided trek to her favorite small but special chocolate and pastry shops. Frequented by locals, the shops are away from the well-trodden tourist trails. The afternoon excursion is perfect for those who do not mind sampling calorie-heavy, delectable, sugary treats. Sweet Geneva tours are also in the works.
