Sorry Imogen - DARLING - but who actually cares?
Swiss railways need to wake up. When you go to buy a half card they jumped into bed with Visa and offer credit cards, which are actually debit cards and only work interest free when you put money onto it even when you have to pay next years half card or you continue paying interest… such a scam… and if they can pay for a rottweiller inspector, why not just take the money for a ticket like before… nasty and all going in the wrong direction with such savage customer confrontations… can’t call it customer service…
Come on WRS? Have you asked for the SBB’s/CFF’s comment on this situation? What is the ’rule’ in these circumstances. Broken machine? Are you forbidden to get on?
