The defence department is in hot water again over army weapons. The BBC’s Imogen Foulkes wants to know whether the department has lost the plot…as well as its weapons:

Weapons are deadly, no matter in whose hands they are. Don’t forget, that police does not always get the ones they are after when shooting and that in present day wars over 90% of the war victims are civilians! Therefore: get rid of all of all of the weapons!
