St Gallen police stopped a car at Mels on the A3 autoroute Monday morning.

The driver had covered 13 kilometers—in the wrong direction—without causing an accident.

The 27-year-old’s license was immediately revoked.

The driver, of German origin, told police that his navigation device had directed him to turn around at the service station in Bergsboden.
