German pharmaceutical giant Bayer has rejected a Swiss decision which found the company guilty of price-fixing.
Bayer says it’ll appeal against the decision, by the federal competition commission, saying it had made no agreements with pharmacies or doctors to set a price for its erectile dysfunction drugs.
The commission ruled that Bayer, along with rival companies Pfizer and Eli Lilly, should pay a total of 5.7 million francs in fines.
