The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency said he would not be suprised by a new nuclear test by North Korea.
Speaking at the St Gallen Symposium Yukiya Amano said the IAEA was following the situation carefully, though it doesn’t have inspectors on the ground.
Amano said the IAEA doesn’t have particular knowledge but a new test wouldn’t surprise him.
