Credit Suisse has been banned from sending information on one of its employees to U.S. authorities.

So says a provisional ruling from a Geneva court.

The ban will run until at least all sides of the case have been heard.

The employee filed a criminal complaint after it emerged that a raft of staff information had been sent to the United States.
