Political activists have won a round in court over their spying accusations against Nestlé and Securitas. A court in the canton of Vaud has overturned a lower court’s decision to throw out the case. Activists as well as Vaud prosecutors complained that the first judge’s investigation wasn’t thorough. In a story broken by TSR television last year, Nestlé allegedly hired private security guards to infiltrate a group of activists writing a book critical of the food giant. The food giant denies it did anything illegal.
