Zurich scientists develop new African cassava
Scientists at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich say they have developed a new African cassava—a starchy crop rich in carbohydrates. This one is resistant to two major viral diseases and now they want to test it in Africa where it is an important food source. WRS’s Vincent Landon has more:
