World Cup skier Lindsey Vonn asks to compete against men
American skiing star and four-time World Cup women’s champion Lindsey Vonn is looking for a greater challenge: she wants to see what it’s like to race against men. Vonn sent a letter to the International Ski Federation based in Switzerland asking to compete at a race in Canada in late November, however the Ski Federation says that the U.S. ski and snowboard federation has to ask for an official decision, not a personal request.
