Islam's place in Switzerland, according to Tariq Ramadan
Geneva-born scholar Professor Tariq Ramadan is a widely-known expert on the past, present and future of Islam in Switzerland and Europe more broadly. Among his many publications are the recent Radical Reform: Islamic Ethics and Liberation, and, at a time when the religion’s place in Switzerland is being brought to light ahead of a controversial nationwide vote on the construction of minarets, he gave his views to Pete Forster.
