Cassis de Dijon perks could be a long way off
The real effects of the Cassis de Dijon principle may be a long way off. At the beginning of July Switzerland adopted the principle, which removes some of the technical requirements for goods from the EU to be sold here—and it makes it easier for Swiss retailers to sell those products. The federal office of public health on Friday released its first list of products approved for sale in Switzerland. WRS’s Tony Ganzer reports .
