Talking with the man who builds the Böögg
The Böögg—the weather-predicting, exploding snowman effigy will be set on fire this afternoon as part of Zurich’s spring festival called Sechseläuten. It’s all part of a long tradition to celebrate the end of winter and the start of spring. WRS’s Jo Fahy reports:

Great reporting! My sister and her husband are living in Switzerland(Zurich) for a few years and she likes to teach me some of the customs of the Beautiful Country of Switzerland. She will send me information such as this so I will get to know what she is experiencing. Thank You, Catherine
