'Switzerland lags behind in workplace gender equality'
The question of quotas to improve women’s representation in the workplace splits opinions, but it keeps cropping up in governments and businesses around Switzerland and Europe. Catalyst is an organisation which works with nearly 600 companies around the world to advance women in business. Eleanor Tabi Haller-Jorden runs their European operations from Switzerland. WRS’s Jo Fahy asks her how gender equality in businesses within Switzerland match up to the rest of Europe:
